Facilities

First class facilities on the South Coast

Andark is only one of a few Dive Centres where you can complete all your entry level, rescue and some speciality training on site. Andark facilities include onsite indoor heated pool with a swallow end and purpose built 3.4 metres deep end giving a realistic simulation of open water diving, 3 on-site air-conditioned classrooms, and modern well-maintained equipment. Open water diving lake 60m x 40m which is 7m deep with training platforms at 1.5m and 3.5m. There is also onsite free parking available.

All this is complemented by one of the largest retail facilities on the south coast.

The Andark Pool

Our indoor heated pool with a swallow end and purpose built 3.4 metres deep end giving a realistic simulation of open water diving. is used for Andark’s Scuba Diving Courses, Sea Survival Training and for Swimming Lessons.It is also available to hire.

It has a 3 metre high dive board, male and female changing room, showers, toilets, HUET – underwater escape trainer used as a powerboat and helicopter escape simulator.

The Andark Lake

Andark Lake is a purpose built Inland Diving Lake, located at the top of the River Hamble, Hampshire on the South Coast of England. Andark’s Diving Lake is specially designed as a training facility for Scuba Diving, whether you are a qualified PADI, BSAC, SSI or SAA or any other recognised diving agency.

About Andark

Andark was formed in 1976 , originally as a diving contractor working on many underwater projects from ship hull surveys to underwater construction and marine salvage. In 1980 we diversified into scuba diver training . Today Andark is one of the country’s biggest leisure diving schools offering a range of world-recognised dive courses.
