Emergency First Response Primary Care, this course is the pre-requisite for the Rescue Diver and a requirement for all Divemasters and Instructors.

The course covers basic first aid, CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and  looks at injury assessment, illness assessment, bandaging, dislocations and fractures. The course meets the requirements for HSE Appointed Persons at Work and must be updated every 2 years.

EFR Refreshers are the same as the above, but at a reduced price.

All courses run from 9am to 5:30pm (approximately) and a minimum of 3 people is required for a course to run, unless otherwise stated.
