HSE Professional Scuba
Fancy moving your diving on to become a career, or just want to expand your knowledge and experience, then why not try the HSE Professional Scuba Diving Course. This is the first level on the commercial ladder and will qualify to dive using full face masks using basic hand tools. The majority of the course is practical with divers gaining experience in:
· Survey techniques, setting up shot lines and jackstays
· Recovery of objects using lifting bags.
· Using basic hand tools to construct a small framework
· Voice communication procedures.
· Using rope signals to conduct a search pattern.
You will also be instructed in how to set up a dive site in order to comply with the HSE and Diving at work regulations. This will also help with recreational diving if you are leading or organising dives for groups.
Divers can enter the programme with any level of experience and we can complete the training to give you an internationally recognised qualification to work in Media, Archaeology, Scientific or inshore Scuba diving work.
