BCDs for Scuba Diving -The Buoyancy Control Device allows the diver complete control of their buoyancy in the water - from being a buoyancy jacket at the start and end of the dive. The Diver can vent the air from the jakcet - as he starts to descend. By using the inflator he can put air into the jacket to stop the descent and 'Hover' mid-water or just above the sea bed - to becaome part of the marine world drifting over the ocean floor or explorin the numerous wrecks. BCDs ar available for men & women in a range of sizes by manufacturer's Scubapro,
Aqua Lung & Cressi. Some models include integrated weight pockets, a more comfortable way for the dive to carry weight - instead of using a weight-belt.
