Mid layer should be part of a Sailors 3-layer system, being the layer that holds dry warm air close to the body, the other layers are:- Musto has several versions of Mid-Layer to provide warmth in most conditions. Outer Layer - should keep out water i.e. Musto MPX Offshore Goretex Jacket & Trousers or Gill OS2 range.
