Sailing Drysuits are designed to keep the sailor Dry, thermal underwear/or Woolly Bear should be worn under your Sailing Drysuit for warmth.  Sailing Drysuits keep you dry and the water out by either latex or neoprene Neck and Wrist seals and a Waterproof Drysuit Zip.

Drysuits for all sports - such as Sailing Drysuits or Drysuits for Kayaking are what we call Surface Drysuits i.e. for use on the Surface as opposed to Diving Drysuits. Sailing/Surface Drysuits are designed to wear a 'Woolly Bear' or Thermal Layer or Layers underneat.
